ABOUT US

Two years ago, my partner and I bought a family home. As it was fairly run down, we wished to do some improvements. We did some of the work ourselves but we found we had little spare time to ourselves after renovations and working full time. We then decided to get contractors to do some of the work. We found contractors were hard to contact and when we made appointments, they didn't turn up. Trying to get 2 or more tradesmen onsite at once, so we didn't have to take too much time of work, seemed impossible.

My role at the company I was working for then was to organize a team of 14 tradesmen. I realized what I was doing could be done for all trades. Using those skills and my sales and marketing experience teamed with my business degree I formed SANZ Property Solutions.

Our mission is to service all areas of home and commercial building and maintenance, from mowing the lawn and gardening to putting in a new kitchen or bathroom.

We have a vision of being able to build a house from start to finish quickly and efficiently using only our employees.
